DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping
An order in our shop can be delivered to all delivery addresses within the European Union. As soon as we have received your order and the payment, we will ship the goods. If no deviating delivery time is noted for the respective article, the delivery time is 3-5 working days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (Monday to Friday). Shipments to other EU countries are made within 3-7 working days.

Shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands and the EU are FREE.

Delivery
Orders are delivered by Post NL.
You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order is delivered to Post NL. If the package does not arrive within 7 days, contact us via our contact form.

Payment
In our shop you have several options to pay. Choose your prefered form of payment when completing the order. You do not incur any additional costs (except possibly shipping costs). Prices include VAT.
• Pay with Ideal or PayPal you can pay safely and easily with Ideal or Paypal. At the end of the order process in our shop you will be forwarded directly to the payment options. There you can, if you already have a customer account, log in directly and make the payment. If you do not have an account, you can either create a customer account or continue as a guest.
• Pay by credit card You can also pay for your order in the Curved Razor Shop by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Of course, your credit card details will not be stored by us. Payment by credit card offers you advantages such as a safe, simple and convenient payment procedure, with no additional costs (except possibly shipping).

Right of Withdrawal
The purchaser has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without stating the reasons. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which the purchaser or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or – if several goods are ordered by the purchaser in a single order, delivered separately – on the day on which the purchaser or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the purchaser must inform Curved Razor of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, or e-mail).

In the event the withdrawal is sent by e-mail, this is to be addressed as follows: mail@curvedrazor.nl
In order to safeguard the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the purchaser to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the revocation period.

Effect of the Withdrawal
If the purchaser withdraws from the contract, Curved Razor shall refund all the payments received from him, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that the customer requested a different type of delivery than offered by Curved Razor instead of the preferred form of standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notice of the purchaser regarding the withdrawal from the contract with Curved Razor has been received. For this repayment, Curved Razor uses the same means of payment used by the purchaser in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with him; in no case shall the purchaser be charged for this repayment.
Curved Razor may refuse to repay it until it has received the goods back. The purchaser must return the goods to Curved Razor immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which he informs Curved Razor of the withdrawal.

The deadline is upheld if the purchaser returns the goods to Curved Razor immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which he notifies Curved Razor of the withdrawal.

Shipping costs for returns are for the purchaser.
